Held in place by a special cover with 2 front panels made from high tech two-way stretch polycotton/lycra.  Sheer fabric panels in the sports bra allows moisture to evaporate and keep you cool. The guard easily fits inside the 2 front panels of the sports bra   ensuring minimal effort and time when competing or training.
