Delivery
The items offered for sale on the Chikara store are stock lines - and under normal circumstances all will be available. We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received. The Chikara store can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.

We use Royal Mail to deliver goods to your door. This is on a 2 to 3 day delivery service,  If for any reason we are unable to meet this target you will be informed of the reason and a new projected delivery date will be advised. 

Returns

If on receipt of your order, for whatever reason you wish to return the goods to us, the postage must be paid for by you. Once we have the goods back with us we shall inspect the goods and having found good reason for the return we will refund the cost of postage back to you less a 15% re-stocking charge to cover our expenses.

Please note

We are unable to accept returns for wrong size's ordered.
